Spread the love

Current Status – We are open for Worship for all with masks – available at the door. If you are feeling unwell or are currently testing positive, please remain at home and join us online through our Facebook page. Let us know so that we can pray for you!
We recommend getting the vax and boosters for Covid.

If you have a positive Covid test in the week before or after attending in person or have contact with someone who has tested positive, please contact the church office right away at 267-614-3862.
We continue to live-stream our services as part of our regular worship.
Thank you for your faithfulness and prayer!

We are responding to the current pandemic in a number of ways, including:

Sunday Worship with ASL! We live-stream our worship on our Facebook page beginning at 10:30 am on Sundays with live ASL for our Deaf friends. (You do not need a Facebook account — just click the link.) Afterward, the live worship recording is posted to our website and on our YouTube channel where you can access all of our videos.
We welcome you to join us!

Communion – If you would like to participate in online Communion, please have ready a small glass of juice or water and a piece of plain bread or a plain cracker on a napkin for each person in your house. For in-person Communion, we have individual personal communion packets or join us at the front for communion by intinction every Sunday.

30/30 Prayer and Bible Study on Zoom Wednesday Nights at 7:00 pm. Join us as we pray together for 30 minutes followed by a 30-minute Bible Study as we examine large portions of scripture each week. (On summer break, returns in the fall)

We ramped up our response to Covid 19 with efforts to address hunger:

1) We tithe 10% of all our offerings to the Jenkintown Food Cupboard to support their great effort to feed our neighbors. Over $53,000 since March 2020! Thank you!

2) We have Sunday food and supply outreaches to our homeless and addicted friends in Hope Park in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. Sign up at this link to drop off food at the church every Sunday at noon or to participate. Thank you!

3) We give weekly to our church family in India at Grace Methodist Church in Naskal Village, supplying food and weekly meals, pastoral support, and student scholarships.

4) We continue to support and love our friends in the Deaf special needs community and at Edgehill Nursing Home and Rehab.

And we are praying! Keep praying with us for all those who suffer and those who are serving them in Jesus’ name. Join us in prayer and fear not! God is working!
